Cutting Room
Fabric is cut in-house on our own cutting tables —
precise panels are the foundation of clean craft
detailing.
Pattern & Sample Room
Patterns and samples are developed on site, so design
changes happen fast and accurately. Up to 10 new
styles developed daily.
Finishing & Quality Control
Pressing, finishing, inspection and packing are all
done in our factory. 100% inspection before shipment.

Our permanent booth in Guangzhou’s largest garment
market — where buyers see and select our designs in
person, every day.
Our Quality Control Process
Every order follows a structured inspection workflow — from incoming materials to final shipment.
Fabric & Trims Inspection
Incoming fabrics and trims are checked for color consistency, weight, hand feel, and visible defects before cutting.
Pre-Production Sample Approval
A pre-production sample is approved before bulk production begins, ensuring all specifications are confirmed in advance.
Cutting Inspection
Cut panels are checked for measurement accuracy, color consistency, and quantity before sewing.
In-Line Inspection
Workmanship, stitching, and craft details are monitored throughout production — not just at the final stage.
Final Random Inspection
Finished garments are randomly inspected for measurements, workmanship, and overall appearance before packing.
Packing & Shipment Inspection
Quantities, size ratios, labels, polybags, and cartons are verified before shipment.
